DOB: 05.01.2016 - 14.05.2023 🪽

Remembering Indie brings tears to my eyes again 💞 she was a very special girl🩷 and we had her for far too few years. She had kidney failure and was only 7 years old.

She was a beautiful and safe girl. Was a visiting dog at the nursing home for many years and spread joy there💞

She was such an easy dog to take with her everywhere. She loved when we trained agility and rally obedience, and to be rewarded with pull toys and a ball.

She became agility and jumping champion.

And with the small team for the club, Indie became Norwegian Champion team small 2021 and 2022. In the final individually she was No. 5 in class small in the Norwegian Championship 2022.

Miss her so much that it hurts💞 she loved being on all the trips we had with our dog friends.

Dea was a cuddly girl, who loved to sleep in our bed and she always had to "clean up" the pillows on the sofa to get a good place to sleep.
She is the mother of our L and Q litters. She has given us many beautiful puppies and grandchildren 💞
Miss the little warm pillow that slept in our bed 💞

She was a social, confident and lively bitch. Who loved people and as a youngster thought it was so much fun with people that she would run and sit on people's laps. She loved to run agility and was at competitions both in Norway and Denmark. She was a daddy's girl, Rune's girl❤️

She is the mother of our E, N and R litters. She was a fantastic mother who has given us many beautiful puppies and now grandchildren ❤️

Pearl was the bitch we kept from our first litter.

The reason her name was Black Pearl was that we really wanted it as a kennel name, but it was busy. She was a beautiful lady and a willing girl who loved to run agility, she became agility and jumping champion. It was Rune or Henriette who competed in agility with Pearl

She was not shown much as a youngster, but when she became a veteran we went to 3 shows and got a certificate at all 3 and she became Norwegian Champion. There were a few shows in Denmark, she became Danish champion and Danish veteran champion and Danish veteran winner 2018.

Pearl was a social, environmentally safe bitch. Took MH, mental test and was bulletproof.
She is the mother of our H and J litter.
She is deeply missed💞

Nadjarah's Athena

Belgian Shepherd, Groenendael
DOB: 18.07.2002 - 18.09.2015 🪽

We waited a long time before we finally got Athena. I saw her mother at a dog show and fell in love with her right away, and then ordered a puppy for her.

Athena was a beautiful and very trainable puppy, and my plan was to start training her in Norwegian Rescue Dogs. She loved training in the forest, walking tracks, laps, field searches and free searches. Becoming an approved rescue dog takes a long time, as both the dog handler (Kristin) and Athena had a lot to learn.

We were lifted up in a helicopter, which she handled with great calm. So when she was 4 years old, we achieved our goal! Approved search equipment in Norwegian Rescue Dogs. Guess how proud I was, all the hours we had put into training made us achieve it.

In addition, we trained obedience, rally and agility. Athena became Norwegian Agility Champion. And was on SBK's team in the Norwegian National Agility Championships in 2010, where we became Norwegian Champion in the large team.

Athena was Norwegian Show Champion & Swedish Show Champion. Norwegian Veteran Winner 2011.

Athena was a mother dog and that's probably because we did a lot of fun together since she was a little puppy. She had a litter and her daughter Pearl lives with us. Now we also have 2 of her grandchildren here. I'm so happy that we have kept the lines after her.

Thank you to Ronny and Linda for the beautiful lady, whom we miss so much. It was incredibly tough to lose her, and tears still roll when I now write about her.

Athena was a " Once in a lifetime dog "

Kiara

Krohnegården's Work Of Art Kiara

Shetland Sheepdog
DOB: 27.12.2004 - 27.12.2014 🪽

We will never forget you, Kiara. You were a special girl and gave us many offspring.

Kiara came into our lives in 2005 and took us all by storm. We were her foster family, and her first litter of four puppies belonged to Kennel Krohnegården.

She was a female who was so easy to live with—confident, sociable, and kind. She loved agility; had the rules back then been the same as they are today, she would have been a Norwegian Jumping Champion (she had earned three jumping CCs). She also earned a CC in agility, but her career came to an abrupt end when she fell ill with cancer in 2013.

Kiara gave us three litters here at Kennel Shathena—16 wonderful puppies in total. She was an incredibly good mother who loved being with and playing with her puppies; we see this so clearly, as three of her daughters live here with us.

That is why it was so sad when, on May 26, 2014, we had to let her go to sleep, at just nine years of age.

She is still deeply missed, and it is wonderful to see that she has left behind so many lovely offspring who remind us of her.

Thank you so much, Trude, for letting us have this wonderful lady.

Kiara, you left paw prints on our hearts!

Leleupi Kasanga

Belgian Shepherd, Groenendael
DOB: 17.03.1999 - 18.12.2013 🪽

We miss you so much, Kasanga. It is because of you that we love the Belgian Shepherd so much.

Kasanga was our first Groenendael, and it is because of her that we love this breed.

She was meant to be just a family dog, but things turned out differently. She became a Norwegian Show Champion at the age of two and a half. She and Rune tried their hand at obedience but eventually discovered that agility was the sport for them. Kasanga performed well in agility; she was a reliable dog who rarely incurred a disqualification. In 2005, they represented Norway at the Agility World Championship in Spain. It was quite an experience. The Norwegian large-dog team finished in fourth place. Kasanga also became a Norwegian Agility Champion and placed fifth at the National Agility Championship.

In 2010, she was shown at the World Dog Show in Herning and won the title of World Veteran Winner 2010.

Kasanga was a wonderful, gentle girl who loved her family. She lived to be nearly 14 years old and was deeply missed.

A huge thank you to Anne Tove and Morten for this magnificent lady.
